TRAINING
Clinical Pharmacist Academy is an award-winning, clinician-led organisation specialising in helping Pharmacists transition into Primary Care and advance their careers. With extensive experience, expertise, and tools, we benchmark and upskill pharmacists as needed. Over the past 24 months, our training programmes have supported 250+ pharmacists transition into Primary Care and have been widely utilised by PCNs and Federations to support their staff.
COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT

This service has been designed for large organisations that employ multiple pharmacists at different competency levels. Often we find that employers and pharmacists themselves are unaware of what they can and can't do in general practice, which can lead to stress, risk, and reduced cost-effectiveness. We will assess each individual pharmacist with 40 different questions and then provide you with an analysis report and training recommendations.
QOF PREVALENCE OPTIMISATION

QOF is an incentive programme for all GP practices in England, to reward them for the care they provide to their patients. QOF payments are directly proportional to the number of patients on a given register. Clinical Pharmacist Solutions can identify patients missing from clinical registers due to coding errors or omissions, and ensure patients are then coded correctly onto registers. This ensures practices are receiving the correct level of funding and patients receive the umbrella of care they need.
