[CLOSED] 10 Full-Time Pharmacists - CPS10

We are excited to announce that we are expanding and are looking for 10 Full-Time Pharmacists to join our team Full-Time, on a Permanent basis.


We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven pharmacists who are passionate about patient care and who embrace the opportunity to learn and acquire new skills.


Training will be provided.


Key responsibilities include:


• Processing prescriptions tasks

• Processing clinic letters

• Running Medication Reviews

• Running Chronic Condition Reviews

• Running Structured Medication Reviews

• Any other tasks or projects that we may require that is within the competencies of the Clinical Pharmacist


Essential: GPhC registration


Advantageous: IP qualification, completion of CPPE Pathway, experience in primary care, dealing with prescription queries running medication review clinics, running chronic condition review clinics, proficiency in using the SystmONE or EMIS Web software.


The Pharmacist will be working as a part of our fantastic team of experienced Clinical Pharmacists and will have the full support of the team.

Location: Remote, UK

Salary: 40-50K depending on experience

Contract: Full-time, Permanent Employment
