Clinical Pharmacist around Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area
to work in Primary Care
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join a PCN. To be responsible for implementing an effective medicine management system within the practices, including cost-effective prescribing, working as an independent prescriber or willing to work towards independent prescribing status, providing advice and support for both patients and colleagues. In addition, the post-holder will also support the multi- disciplinary team, in line with the strategic objectives of the PCN. Work with your line manager and Clinical Director to undertake continual personal and professional development, taking an active part in reviewing and developing your role and responsibilities.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
📍Location: Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
🗒Contract: Permanent
💷Salary: £42,000 to £47,000 per annum.
⏰Hours: Full-time
✅Benefits: NHS pension, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, sick pay
