Clinical Pharmacist around Tamworth
to work in Primary Care.
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a GP Surgery in Tamworth. The practice provides a very supportive environment which is focused on delivering care in a multi-disciplinary approach. We understand and value the contribution that all healthcare professionals can contribute. This involves all members of the team having an open-door mentality, an approach where healthcare professionals can come together to deliver the care needed for patients. The role will entail helping patients to get the best from their medicines by communicating medication changes to agreed and approved protocols, improving repeat prescribing processes in General Practice, including promotion of repeat dispensing and online ordering, minimising clinical risk and aiming to reduce wasted medicines. The successful candidate will be supported in terms of learning and professional development through regular meetings with the Practice Team on a variety of topics.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC.
📍Location: Tamworth
🗒Contract: Permanent
💷Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum. Depending on experience
⏰Hours: Full time
