Advanced Clinical Pharmacist (ACP) around Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area

to work in Primary Care

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join a PCN. You will be responsible for the leadership and delivery of a high quality, proactive and patient focused clinical pharmacy service to our 6 GP Practices. You will lead a team of 3 to deliver excellent clinical care to our 45,000 patients’ population. The way we work is very important to us, which is why we want to recruit people whose approach matches ours. As a small team, respect, trust, honesty, integrity, resilience, and an agile approach to work are essential to our success.

Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC

📍Location: Cambridgeshire and Peterborough

🗒Contract: Permanent

💷Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience.

⏰Hours: Full-time

✅Benefits: NHS pension, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, sick pay
