We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a valued and supportive team in Ealing, West London. The post holder will provide expertise in clinical pharmacy and be involved in local and national initiatives to promote new ways of working to deliver the best possible care to the local community. The role will contribute to the improving quality of care, particularly in medicines management provided across the network of practices.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC

💷Salary: £47,000-£48,000
