to work in Primary Care

We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a PCN covering the Horsham area. This is an opportunity to join a growing team of pharmacists. The role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and operational efficiencies so requires motivation and passion to deliver an excellent service. The post holder will provide primary support to general practice staff with regards to prescription and medication queries. They will help support the repeat prescriptions system, deal with acute prescription requests, and medicines reconciliation on the transfer of care and systems for safer prescribing, providing expertise in clinical medicines advice while addressing both public and social care needs of patients in the GP practices. The post holder will be supported to develop their role to become a non-medical prescriber (if not already a prescriber), and undertake the CPPE PCPEP pathway if not already completed.

Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC

📍Location: Horsham

🗒Contract: Fixed term up to 31st March 2024

💷Salary: £40,147- £45,212

⏰Hours: Full time
