We are looking for Clinical Pharmacists to join a forward-thinking practice in Norfolk. This is an opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing capacity and gain a wide range of experience. The post holder will conduct medication reviews, support prescription processing, manage prescribing alerts, conduct audits, support prescribing initiatives and the local prescribing quality scheme. Training and support will be provided.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
📍Location: Norfolk
🗒Contract: Permanent
💷Salary: Starting at £44,000
⏰Hours: up to 37.5 hours
✅Benefits: 6 weeks annual leave, access to NHS pension and sick pay scheme
