Clinical Pharmacist around Plymouth
to work in Primary Care
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join a GP Surgery in Plymouth. The post holder will provide primary support to general practice staff with regard to prescription and medication queries. They will deal with acute prescription requests, medicines reconciliation on transfer of care and systems for safer prescribing, providing expertise in clinical medicines advice while addressing both public and social care needs of the patient. The role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and operational efficiencies so requires motivation and passion to deliver excellent service within general practice.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
📍Location: Plymouth
🗒Contract: Permanent
💷Salary: : £20.00-£27.52 per hour (depending on experience)
⏰Hours: Full time
