to work in Primary Care
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery in Sheffield. This is an opportunity to make a difference every day and deliver exceptional service to the community. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role to clinically assess and treat patients using extensive experience and in depth knowledge. The post holder will also ensure that the practice integrates with community and hospital pharmacy to help utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes, ensure better access to healthcare and help manage the workload. There will be support available for career progression.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
📍Location: Sheffield
🗒Contract: Permanent
💷Salary: £40,057 to £45,839
⏰Hours: Full-time
