We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a GP surgery in Oswestry, Shropshire. This is an opportunity to make a difference every day and deliver exceptional service to the community. The role will include providing primary support to general practice staff with regard to prescription and medication queries, providing clinical leadership on SMRs, and taking responsibility for areas of chronic disease management within the PCN. The post holder will be based in Oswestry but may be required to work in other sites across the PCN if necessary.

Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC

📍Location: Oswestry, Shropshire

🗒Contract: Permanent

💷Salary: £41,659- £54,619 depending on experience

⏰Hours: Full-time
