Clinical Pharmacist around Somerset
to work in Primary Care
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join a GP Surgery in Somerset . The post holder will support, promote and implement high quality, evidence-based, cost-effective and safe use of medicines. This includes patient medication reviews, helping the practice achieve prescribing targets and supporting the implementation of national and local guidance in order to improve patient care. There will be flexible working options available, full support and training from experienced clinicians, and career development opportunities.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
📍Location: Somerset
🗒Contract: Permanent
💷Salary: up to £54,000 depending on experience
⏰Hours: Full time
✅Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, access to NHS pension and flexible working.
