to work in Primary Care
We are looking for Clinical Pharmacists to join a PCN in Swindon. This is an opportunity to join a well-established team of clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pre-regs. The role will encompass clinical, educational and administrative elements. There will be a mix of face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations with patients. The post holder will be responsible for training, developing and supervising the growing pharmacy team, in conjunction with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist. The post holder will use their expertise in medicines to optimise medicines and healthcare for the individual while also providing a wider public health role. There will be support for career progression.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
📍Location: Swindon
🗒Contract: Permanent
💷Salary: £45,000
⏰Hours: Full-time, would consider part-time
✅Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and access to NHS pension
