Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist around Telford
to work in Primary Care
We are looking for a Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist to join a PCN in Telford. This is an opportunity to make a difference every day and deliver exceptional service to the community. The post holder will line manage, motivate, support, and develop a small team of pharmacy technicians, perform SMRs to proactively manage patients with complex polypharmacy and care home residents, be involved in the management of long-term conditions and embrace service development to grow the capabilities of the clinical pharmacy team.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
📍Location: Telford
🗒Contract: Permanent
💷Salary: up to £46,000
⏰Hours: Full-time, part-time would be considered
✅Benefits: 5 weeks annual leave and access to NHS pension
