Clinical Pharmacist around Wandsworth, London
to work in Primary Care
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join a PCN in Wandsworth, London. You will have a diverse role and be able to utilize your current skills and develop further in your role. You will be expected to be a leader on medicines management supporting patients and clinicians within the PCN. Some aspects of your role will include conducting medication reviews, long-term disease reviews, medicines reconciliation, education and training and clinical audits. You will enable patients to receive direct, accessible, and timely medication and advice from a medications expert. As part of your employment, you will be expected to achieve qualifications from an accredited training pathway, including independent prescribing, equipping you to be able to practice and prescribe safely and effectively in a primary care setting.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
📍Location: Wandsworth, London
🗒Contract: Permanent
💷Salary: £47k- £52k depending on experience
⏰Hours: Full time
