Senior Clinical Pharmacist around Wembley
to work in Primary Care
We are looking for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join a PCN in Wembley. This is an opportunity to make a difference everyday and deliver exceptional service to the community. The post holder will be responsible for their clinical competencies as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide expertise in clinical medicines management. The post holder will also be responsible for implementing an effective medicine management system within the practice, including cost-effective prescribing, working as an independent prescriber, and providing advice and support for both patients and colleagues.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
Must be IP qualified
📍Location: Wembley
🗒Contract: Permanent
💷Salary: £47,000- £50,000
⏰Hours: Full-time
✅Benefits: 28 days AL + BH and access to NHS pension
