Clinical Pharmacist around Chichester
to work in Primary Care
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a PCN covering the Chichester area. This is an exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of experience and make a real impact. This role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and operational efficiencies so requires motivation and passion to deliver excellent service within the Primary Care Networks. The post holder will use their expert knowledge of medicines to provide effective patient services and contribute to the continued learning of colleagues. The post holder will undertake the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway if not already been completed.
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
📍Location: Chichester
🗒Contract: Fixed term until March 2024
💷Salary: £40,420 - £45,815
⏰Hours: Full-time
✅Benefits: 25 days annual leave + BH and access to NHS pension
