[CLOSED] PCN Clinical Pharmacist - GRA6

We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a PCN in Grantham. Working across three practices, this is an opportunity to work alongside senior clinical pharmacists as part of a multi-disciplinary team. There will be support to lead on projects and access to disease management training.

Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience. Experience of working within primary care and knowledge of SystmOne is desirable, however applicants with no previous experience will be considered.

There will be support available for the right candidate to study towards an Independent Prescribing qualification.

📍Location: Grantham

🗒Contract: Permanent

💷Salary: £43,000 to £46,000 per annum dependent on experience

⏰Hours: Full-time

✅Benefits: NHS pension, 25 days annual leave increasing to 27 days after 2 years service and 30 days after 3 years service, sick pay
